Product Descriptions

We make every effort to present you with photographs of the products and color swatches that are as accurate as possible. Please keep in mind that because of the nature of our products and variations in different computer monitor settings, there may be slight differences in the colors you see on your monitor and the actual color of the art, mats and frames ordered. Custom Framing and Print Orders

Standard Order Processing

Custom Framing orders usually require 5-7 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product, minus the shipping charges. 

Simply email us at support@wholesalecustomframe.com. and include in the body of the email: your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request processes within 1 business day and you will receive an email with your return authorization number. Then please carefully re-pack them in the original tube or box and include the Return Authorization number. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.

When shipping your return you must insure the piece for the full purchase price. If the piece is damaged in transit to us, and there is no shipping insurance, we will not be able to grant a full refund


"Frame-In-A-Bag" Orders

"Frame-In-A-Bag" orders usually require 5-7 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Returns
 

Please be very careful when ordering custom cut materials. Because merchandise is made to order, if you wish to return products that you ordered incorrectly, you will need to pay for shipping and there is a 20% restocking fee.

Please keep in mind that we have a 1/16th of an inch tolerance on our produced products. What this means is that if the finished product is 1/16" off or less we will not reproduce it.

 

What about Damages?

 

If your framing and/or art arrives damaged we'll ship you a replacement at no cost. If the packaging was damaged in transit, we ask that you keep the damaged print and packaging for 30 days because our shipping vendor sometimes needs to inspect the item for insurance purposes. If the outer packaging is not damaged but the framing and/or print inside is damaged, we will send you a shipping label (pre-paid) that you can use to send the damaged products to us.
